Slow and Choppy After Maintance

Help, ok.
After maintance on Monday 11/19/07.
My game play has been running very slow, and choppy.
I try running and the frame by frame is going slow..
Typing takes awhile..

I was wondering if anyone else has been having trouble with this too?
And if so, do you know if it's my Computer, SE, or my Server?
Does anyone know how to fix it?

It's really annoying.. I don't know what to do?
Should I GM? Or Call/Email for help?

Please, any help would be useful!!!
