How do I change resolusions for FFXI

Im new to the FFXI world and I cant figure out how to change the games res. I thought it was under config -> gameplay -> screen, but I dont see it. Can someone clue me in?

If you're running on windows, go to the start menu and find Playonline. Chose Final Fantasy XI, and in there, you will have 2 choices, Final Fantasy XI, and Final Fantasy XI Config. You chose config and mess around with the settings in there.
