See, the thing you're all forgetting here is that Vista is an entertainment OS, not a computing OS.

I see you've never looked at Enterprise or Business editions of Vista. No more a toy OS then XP Pro or 2000 was.

That and a similar message pop up for 2 reasons, one is clear the other not so clear.

You're either running it from a network drive (occasionally a USB or Firewire drive will throw the same one) that Vista believes has gone off line. This is the obvious reason.

The not so obvious reason, you're attempting to run it from a Network resource. By default, this is not allowed in Vista, but the errors that popup when attempting it are not always helpful.

Technically, nobody is debating vista, just saying it's a crappy OS ^^b Glad it works for you. Yeah, weird stuff like that happens. I used to have to turn off Simplified Character Creation visuals, then I reformatted, reinstalled XP, and they worked fine. Who knows with some of these things.

There is no need to say that, if you have an opinion please keep it to yourself if it not related to the topic. Vista has its share bugs, as do all new thingsg.

I dont know how turning off your opening movie would make it work, especially getting that tetra master error. Good job though.
