  • re-activation

    My account was closed or whatever cause my credit card was maxed this month. I paid it off, and now I cant figure out how to re-activate my account?

    Log on Playonline and it will tell you the account is inactive and ask if you want to reactivate.

    Then just follow the instructions.

      I can get past that screen, just when I try to play FFXI, it says:

      "You have no content ID, please purchase a new ID or reactivate a cancelled one in order to play the game and/or to use playonline services"

        Yes, that means that you're lacking a Content ID, you need to purchase one. Before you push the Play Button, in the menu below it theres a Content ID button, go there & in that menu go to Purchase ID. Once you fill out all the stuffs in there you'll have an ID for a char

          not quite. his content id was just deactivated because of no payment.

          as silentsteel said, look for the content id button under the play button. click it and there should be another option to reactivate your content id.

            ok, but when I click on reactivate ID, its says;

            UCS-1104 You cannot purchace an ID. Please try again after checking the following:
            - Make sure the payment information is valid
            - Make sure your playonline ID has not been cancelled.
