Error Code POL-0011

hey guys i keep getting an error code that says

"The network is busy or there is no response from the server. Please try again later or verify that cables, networking devices, and network settings are properly configured."

I know my internet is working ok because i played FFXI before on it. I decided to play again and I installed everything ok but when I try to connect so i can register my playonline account and everything else i get that error message. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem today or ever and if anyone knows anyways to fix it. I've been searching the playonline site and i havent found anything about it.

I've been getting this all day too while trying to change a credit card info thing. I called the POL help number and it began with a recording about being unable to help with account or billing info at this time, so just wait a day or something.

Yeah, seems they frequently have issues with the registration server. Only tends to affect people setting up an account or someone adding another Content ID. Otherwise it's something not often noticed (unless it occures around the 1st of the month).

Oh ok, thanks alot guys. I'll just wait it out and hopefully i can play soon haha.
