NPC's names being replaced by "NPC"

So I noticed something weird happening. I started doing the Chocobo Raising quest to attain my first egg, and I realized all the NPC's regarding anything Chocobo do not have their regular names, instead they are replaced with simply NPC.. all of them. The only name I saw regular was Brutus...

I talked to Linkshell member, and brought him down to the Chocobo Stables in Upper Jeuno, but he doesn't see the same. Here are some screen shots to show what I'm talking about. Anyone else experience this?

So I'm thinking it might me some .dat files somewhere.... >.< Now to figure out if that IS the case and find which ones. :-P

My NIN Mask to cover the face, and gave my GF a makeover with a different Hume Fem face, heh.
Oh, and my Moogle looks like the Crystal Warrior Taru. :D
