TAU not working :(

Hey everyone, I recently came back to FFXI but for some reason my TAU content is no longer working. I have tried to use the "Check Files" option on the POL sign in page but it did not pick up any issues. I have also re-installed TAU but still no dice. I used to play a few months ago and I had Aht Urghan content working fine so I don't know why it wouldn't work now and my other expansions also work.

I also checked my expanded service and it says all of my expansions are registered so I am totally lost. Any help on how to fix this would be much appreciated.

You got it working before? That's weird... What content is not working? It's like, you can't go to ToAU?

Yea suddenly I cannot board the ship to Al Zhabi. I used to be able to access it but not anymore. Also during the startup before picking my character I always get the expansion notice even though it is registered and installed.

I don't really know. Maybe, try double check these. Sorry if you already know them

Content ID > Review. Make sure you have the expansions showing there.

If it's already there, launch the game and see if you have the ToAU logo showing there.

If you have registered correctly, have installed the expansion and it's still not working, you might want to try contact GM.
