payment help!

ok, so i bought this game yesterday with my debit card, its arrived tosay, but when i try to install it keeps saying my card is invalid, this i know not to be true, especially since i only bought the game yesterday (with same card). so im kinda stuck, any ideas?

i dont think itll make any difference but its the xbox 360 version!

the game only accepts payment (assuming you are in the US/NA) from mastercard or visa. your debit card must have the mastercard or visa logo on it to be accepted.

im in the uk, the payment screen has four option;

mastercard
visa
switch
solo

mines is a switch(maestro)


ive no idea why it wont work, and waiting till monday till i can phone the pol helpcentre will just about kill me, lol.
