From the specs you posted it's AGP.
There are 3 main graphics card types depending on the slot they use, PCI (very old), AGP (past gen) and PCI-Express (current gen of cards).
Most descriptions online are something like this:
Radeon 9800XT 256MB AGP (or PCI or PCIE)
I strongly recomend ATI Radeon cards over Nvidia cards, specially if you are buying it mainly to play XI. Any card Radeon 9700 and upward will run the game well, the higher number the better (same with memory), and XT cards are improved versions.
There's one little detail though, your video card performance is gonna be kinda limited because the mainboard you have right now is AGP 4x so that will slow down performance a little bit. Most AGP cards are compatible with 4x though so you wont have troubles with the card not working.
