I get this error after submitting my payment information. Anyone know why?

Maybe the registration servers are still flaky from doing the monthly maintenance? Don't know what else would cause that.

Ahh my fault, i wrote down the Credit Card number wrong. Sorry, thanks for replying tho haha.
