Im trying to start the PlayOnline registration process to aquire a playonline ID and a play online password on my Xbox 360 but I keep getting the following...

Error code: POL-1500
Some problems occured on the specified page. Cannot view page.

Anyone know what this means, and how to solve the proble?

A quick Google search shows this to be a somewhat common error, seemingly related to connectivity.

Are you using a firewall, router, or other port-blocking device/software, or are you on an internet connection that uses one? That seems to be the problem in some of these cases.

We're using a router. I also turned firewall off. I guess you have no idea how to fix this problem. I've looked it up on google and found no real answers.

I've never had the error myself, so honestly, I don't know. You may have to call POL support and see if they can decipher the error. I know there are other users who have posted about this recently as well, so you might scan the forum here and see if they've found a cause or solution for it.
