i am playing now and i cant bring up my main menu does any 1 know why



p.s im useing a laptop if that matters and no controller

Because to bring up the menu, you usually have to hit the "-" key on the numpad. Hit CTRL+E and it will bring up your equipment menu. I'd suggest getting a controller. Also, switch to Compact style keyboard.

I had that problem too, since laptops don't have number pads.
I think you hit "ctrl" and "-" to get the menu. Then go in and change your keyboard settings so that it is using the compact keyboard. That way you can just press "-" for the menu and "a" "s" "d" "w" to move.

Edit: or if you have a mouse with a scrolling wheel you can click the scroll wheel to bring up the menu.
