Help With Auto translator

Hey guys my auto translator isnt showing up in english for me but japanese. It did this out of no where and I cannot find the option to change it. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.

It's a problem with a popular third party program. Just log out completely and then log back in.

it's windower. you have to exit all the way out (close the pol.exe in your task manager) to fix it.
