im trying to activate the ToUA expansion pack and it is giving me this error when i try to log in to expanded services. (incomplete or incorrect info/password) is this caused by the problems the reg server is having or is it something else? and yes, im sure my password and info is right.

Do you have the same version of FFXI+Expansion Packs (all NA, all EU, all JP, etc)?

yes. i had to rebuy ffxi to make sure i had the right version and im 100% sure i got the right version and i know i have the right password as i had to use it to log into POL. i just cant access the registration servers, which im guessing would be caused by the stupid problems they are having.Comment

I've the same problem (ucs-5000) when i try to log in to expanded services.
I'm sure of my login and my password because I logged in POL before.

He -told- me that people have somehow been getting ahold of ToAU keys, and they've received multiple complaints like mine. He told me that if I mailed that page of the instruction manual to them, with my account ID, they would activate ToAU on it.
