Can't Create a PlayOnline user with my 360

Hi, i've been trying on and on this evening to get a PlayOnline user to work but when i'm suppose to enter the card holders name which includes the letter Ã… it won't work, simply because the letter isn't there on the virtual keyboard...

Does anyone know what do?

The cardholder name shouldn't matter, you should be able to use a romanized "A" in it's place. Generally speaking, most credit card transactions are not verified via the cardholder's name, but by the card number, expiration date, and CVV (3-4 digit number printed on the back).

Know, but when i try to enter 'A' instead of 'Ã…' i get an error...
