After this recent patch I had recently reinstalled FFXI. I was able to get to the character selection screen with no problem - as well as I logged in once. After this patch, my computer will automatically reset itself when I try and open that screen. I play WoW on a regular basis, so it shouldn't be a graphics card issue. Any ideas?

sounds like the same problem my ls mate had awhile back. it was a problem with one of the patches he downloaded, he had to go in an delete it, an wait for S.E to send him one. if this happens again, best contact their tech support.

I have actually uninstalled the game, along with all the updates and reinstalled them to the same effect. Was hoping it might be an easy fix - but guess I'll just get ahold of their Tech Support.
