Error Code: POL-1361... Help! Please!

Right, so it was my birthday on the 20th and today (21st) i get really excited as my pre-order of FFXI on Xbox 360 arrives.

Now heres the problem, i go to register to PlayOnline on the 360, i agree to terms, put my DOB in, Click yes and then i get this error message...

(Content Communication Error)

Error Code: POL-1361

Some Problems occured on the specified page. Cannot view page.

[Network Connection Information] [Retry] [Exit]

Ive tried retry many time and all the NCI shows are my IP & MAC addresses.

Please Please Help this is really annoying me and it was a birthday present that i now cant play.

yup i get exactly same thing, i got the game today and have been waiting 6 hours to get it to work and always same error and personally i feel conned

thats the impresion i got but i was trying for 8 hours to get on and still havent and it annoy me to think some people prob got onto the actual game in minutes

what can be done for this. non of my x box live mates have this game yet so dont know what problems im encountering. its so frustrating as i had a free night tonight to give the game a good crack, but no luck there.

ok this is rediculuos are you telling me there are still too many people registering at half 7 in the morning i cant believe that for one minute

also just gone onto FFxi website for europe and new problem

right just tried again and error code pol-0011 came up saying the server is either busy or not responding


then 10mins later it went past that bit but same old pol-1361 came up. i honestly give up

also i tried again this morning and still the same error and if this is a conjestion error how many peopel are possibly up at 6am on a sunday morning tryin to register apart from me

seeing as its costing 8.99 a month you think that it would run a little smoother. and be simple to use

x box live runs smoothly and only costs 39.99 for the whole year, for any game.
