port forwarding

I keep geting discconected and I don't think I've got the right numbers for port forwarding, I use a PS2 I don't know if that matters but, does any1 know what the codes are?

TCP and UDP 50000-65535

PS2 users have to use TCP 1024-65535 and UPD 50000-65535. GL.....I'm off to try and solve why my PC version needs to use PS2 ports to work.
