actually, ME is off the 98 codebase with "embellishments" from the fiery pits of hell.

Ehh, right I got it mixed up. Just remember it was as horribly designed as 2000 was when it first came out. Having to work with 2000 now and still even with it's Service Packs does much of the crap it did before, only been lessened to appear like it's working right. Still does much of the stupid crap especially with the things with standards created that Windows didn't have a say in, damn windows won't even follow the standards set which is partly why their programs suck so bad.
