    Error.

    I get the error above ^^ after playing for around 2 or 3 minutes. Anyone recived this error before? Know how to fix it?
    It just started happening, I started playing this morning and then i played for around 20 minutes, then got it, and it kept giving me that error since.

    Don't use the windower. ;D

      Look at the pic I was NOT using the windower. When something else tries to open while playing ff then it opens the thing that was trying to open, and the start menu comes up.

          Well that could be it.. Usually stuff like firewall etc.. anyways, would re-installing POL be a bad idea? It would rewrite the registry... Or why dont you do a system restore to a few days/weeks back? Back up things you installed since.

            most of the time it is because of memory overload... at least if that error happens for a game. >.>

              How do you suggest I fix it? By just closing background applications?

                right click on the task bar and open the task manager and go to processes

                then look at the programs listed under the user name 'Default' or your current windows log-on and close the programs with the highest memory usage that you know are unnecessary to keep your computer running. do not close any system programs unless you know what they do.

                if you still get that memory write error, you may want to find a memory analysis program to determine if there aren't any physical problems with your ram.

                i used to get that error many times when my memory had physical problems, even though i did not realize it for quite a long time. so that may be something to look into.

                  Hmm I did recently get new ram, think thats the problem?
                  Because i closed absolutely everything i could and still got it.
