Setup, empty?

Hello! This is my first time posting here and it's about a problem...

Yep, got my copy of FFXI today, and I am still updating. But I have a problem... I was going to change the resolution in the game before I run the game, but the window that come up has a picture of FFXI Logo like it should have, but the rest isn't there. It's empty.... By anychance, dose anybody know how I fix this? If not, can I change the resolution somehow?

Very useful thread posted a long time ago, hope it helps you.
If it doesn't, make sure that you exit the PlayOnline viewer before attempting to start the ffxiconfig tool.

Guess what guys? My video card cant play FFXI (32 mb VRAM, but it runs WoW...). Im getting a new computer tommorow :D
