"it doesn't work" or "it doesn't load" is not enough information for us to be able to help you.

i am using a windows XP pentum 4. I meet all the reqirments for the game but it dose not want to respondat all. wean i put the disc in the :D drive or the :E drive all it dose is spin for 10 min. wean i go in the :D drive threw (My Comuter) it says to put the disc in but the Disc is alrdy in the :D drive.

ok, that sounds like your CD rom drive is going bad, but... you said you bought the vanadiel collection (gold box) right? that comes on 1 DVD disk. Are you sure your computer has a DVD Rom drive? There should be a little symbol on the drive faceplate that says "DVD Rom." If it doesn't, you probably don't have a DVD-Rom drive.

If it does, then either your disk is bad (try returning it to the store for an exchange) or your drive is bad (try a different DVD-Rom).

yes the box is gold. yes there is 1 disc. and yes the disc dose say DVD:Rom on it. yes i do have a face plate that says "DVD: Multi player" but i dont think my :D drive is bad becus it can play dvds like its brand new and the pc im using is 3-4 years old

then try to return the game to the store for an exchange or try the disk in another DVD drive (if you have one).

i do not have another :d drive i wish i did but i dont. I may just retern the game get my money back and get another game cuz i dint read the fine print at the bottem of the box bcuz it had a stiker covring it "internet connection required addtion online required" wich kinda mad me mad c. i dont wanny pay to play? i paid $30.00 for the disc and paying just about $30.00 a month a month to play it seems a bit much for me?

well never mind about the help i took it back (them A holes seid i had to get the same copy becus of "copyright laws" wich a lode of bull @#$%) so what i am going to do is trade this new disc (unoped box) to a game store and get somthing diffrent.

yeah, ihad same problem where i could only install the first disc of the main 3 from only my dvd burner ... not my wifes dvd rom or my speedy cd-rom ... so much troubles ... i cleaned with dvd cleaning disks, and tried again, i got it to work TONS better and the drives where the problem being just on the edge of a little too dirty .... though i spwear the over paked them disks.
