Rise of Zilart Install problem

I've successfully installed this several times.. however this time when i try to install it it says:
Error 1305: Cannot read from file E:\Program Files\PlayOnline\SquareEnix\Final Fantasy XI\ROM2\0\6.dat verify file exists and that you can access it.

I"ve already verified it exists and i'm superuser on this computer so it should be able to access it. Anyone else run into this problem?

Just keep hitting retry till it forces it self to work ^_^ that's how I did it.

i tired that
like enough times tha tthe install said it was 100% when it wasent
about 25 times or so.

sometimes it'd take me a very long time to get it to work, if you want, I can burn the cd to ISO format and send it to you (provided you show me you hvae copies of the disc via picture or scan.
