My way around a windower: use two monitors. Problem is, when I go full-screen for FFXI on one, it keeps the mouse there and won't let me move it over to the other. Any way to disable the in-game mouse (as I use a controller, anyway)? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Re: Disabling Mouse in FFXI for Dual-Monitor Setup?
not sure how pc version is setup, but I think i remember seeing mouse options in the game it-self. Open up the side menus on the rightside, and goto the 2nd page, and there should be "Config" check there.

Re: Disabling Mouse in FFXI for Dual-Monitor Setup?
The trouble I found with that is as soon as you click off the FFXI screen, or Alt-Tab to, say, your web browser, FFXI will lose full-screen mode and crash out to POL.
Of course, if you have all your information up on the second screen prior to starting XI, you can probably get away with it. It will display, just pushed over about 150 pixels (or about the width of one IM buddy list window...)
Perhaps they have changed this in updates?http://ffxi.allakhazam.com/profile.xml?27145
