Not every single possible auto-translate appears in your list. Some of them only appear if you've looked at the item since logging, or someone else used the auto-translate.
It's not possible for anyone to make custom auto-translate messages. You'd have to be able to hack the person's computer at the other end so they'd see the correct translation. otherwise they'd just see garbarge being sent from you. you might be able to change how /you/ see auto-translate messages on your computer. For instance: instead of (I'm back!), you could possibly change it to say (I be back!). Though, you'd be the only one to see it that way.
I think that answers your question somewhat.

The custiom translates you see aren't really custom translates. People used a macro editor or some other program to get access to the red and green brackets you see around normal translations. They then placed these around whatever phrase they wanted, making it look like an autotranslation. However, this is considered hacking and you could be banned for doing it.
