Error 3001 No Response from server.

I only found one other topic about this using search and that guy didn't get his question answered. So, please, answer mine. How do I get back in? It logs me in and says ...Downloading Data... then gives me a window that theres no response from the server and my connection timed out. I can check my friends list and know that they're on too.
