Alright, I decided to stop playing with my PS2 since Comcast does NOT support PS2online. I went out, bought the PC-version of the game. Been playing for a while today, one message I continue getting is I need to get the expansion pack. The PC-version packet I got comes with the Rise of Zilart expansion, I am wondering if I installed that part right or... is it speaking of Chains of Promethia?

The only time I got that message was when I had not properly installed Zilart. Even now with CoP out I don't get that anymore, so you likely just need to pop that fourth disc in. Listen to Jei, though.Comment

Oh I made sure Zilart was installed. Indeed, a friend told me since my account already had COP registered on it all I had to do was install COP on my PC.
