Running the best graphics

I currently run FFXI on the PS2 and I was thinking about getting a nice computer to run it on. Would this graphics card run the best posible graphics? 256MB PCI Expressâ„¢ x16 (DVI/VGA/TV-out) ATI Radeonâ„¢ X850 XT PE And if so will the graphics be that much better. I don't want to spend all that money if i won't notice too much of a improvement. Thanks for the help.

Ok, first off, the graphics will be amazing on the computer by default and then you can use the registry tweak and double the looks. So yes it will look good and the card you chose will work fine. I use a 9800 XT and I get really good graphics. (Read: amazing, not good)
