It's not glitchy like that for me, but my Avatar's have a strange glow around them. It makes them almost look Cartoony (not even Anime style or cell shaded). And Fenrir's missing his nose... (black portion is not there unless it's always been like that)

Right now I have a Nvidia GEForce FX 5900, it's never happened before until one day when it did an update...
I'm not sure I understand what "rolling back to a prior version" or FORCEWARE is... could someone explain? Sorry, I'm kinda clueless when it comes to hardware.
Edit: Fixed it a while ago, went to nvidia.com and searched for FORCEWARE- Ver.56.64 and installed, worked perfectly since. Thanks for the help everyone~!Last edited by kazuri; 07-04-2005, 10:01 PM.Sony NW-E507 [wishlist]

Re: Avatar Glitches~
Goto http://www.tweaksrus.com and download the XTreme-G drivers to replace ForceWare drivers.

Re: Avatar Glitches~
This happened to me too when I was using a GeforceFX 5900XT
A friend of mine said he fixed it by changing the background resolution to the same resolution as your FFXI resolution.
if you run your FFXI at 1024x768
change the FFXI background resolution to 1024x768 as well (this will require changing settings in the registry)

If you want to find all the drivers for any card try www.guru3d.com | They should have any driver you need. If not then try on their forums as well, tons of very talented people (as far as computers go) there.
