grafik problem! glitching squares!

I have a problem w/ my grafik card. After 45 minz or so of playin it freezes for 2 seconds and then it turn to crap.

I have a p4 3.0e ghz
700 mb DDR2 ram
geforce fx5600 256ddr ram
latest driver from nvidia .com *do i have to downgrade, if so to which driver*

Plz help this is annoying.

Anyone who's had this problem. Ive foudn the problem. Driver *as i had suspected* i ve went to the archives in Nvidia and downgraded my driver to the 43.45. Retsarded it and enable MIP mapping. WOrks fine and no lag. I even run with over 30 fps in Jeuno AH which is very good. Also compatible works with my other games. Doom3, Prince of Persia : WW, and Call of duty. well hope it was of any help to anyone.

Thats called artifacting it happens when you card is dying or over heating...
