Full Screen Boot

My poor computer has become plagued with stupid popup Adware. I've tried many programs to remove it but it just keeps coming back!

The main problem is that every so often I will get booted from full screen mode when one of these stupid things decides to go off.
Does anyone have an idea how to make the popups not affect FFXI from running? Short of reformatting ;;

try somthing like www.trendmicro.com
for a quick easy virus scan, then serch on google for a antiadware softer like pest patrol ect
