There are a number of mp3<->wav converters out there. My favorite is Acoustica MP3 converter but it costs money. There are a number of freeware converters. Note that I havn't tried these but I quickly "researched" these using google. Try that next time, you'll get your answer quicker . If you need help in these read the included instructions but they usually are straight forward.

You can also use the "Disk Writer" plugin for WinAmp 2.x to convert MP3 to WAV.
IMPORTANT NOTE: According to the Japanese read me file, the WAV file must be recorded at 16 bits. The other settings are at your option, but it must be 16 bits. Though the standard for CD Quality is 44 KHz, 16bit, Stereo.
