Content Communication Error- 2070

Ok. I registered with POL and everything, and I can get to the main menu in the POL Viewer, but I can only access the navigator, and extras sections. So, I can't access all the other sections (information, games, service and support, and quick manuals). This means that I can't create a content ID and I cant play FFXI. Ive tryed reinstalling, and Ive rebooted 4 times but the problem isnt solved. PLEASE help. I MUST play FFXI!

Does anyone know what this error means?

It is taking me 20-30mins to connect to the game each time. I constantly get this message. I cant find any advise anywhere about this including SE help forums.

Any help would be hugely appreciated
