P.S. Everyone in this game should find endgame important at all stages of the game, simply because I do now.

There are some emotes that just won't need a motion, smile, grin and the like. I think leaving slap out was a conscious decision because someone knew that there would be a lot of kids playing the game that would act like idiots.

I also believe that /dance not having its own motion was intentional. When you look at the rest of the emote motions, they are really very simple motions where a dance is not, I believe that /dance was thrown in as a suggestion to make your own as a series of other emotes. You can tell the game to do the motion without printing out the associated message and at the start of that macro put /dance so the game still prints out "Mhurron dances happily" or "Mhurron dances with <t>" depending on if you had anyone targeted or not like other emotes.
I use a Mac because I'm just better than you are.

HTTP Error 418 - I'm A Teapot - The resulting entity body MAY be short and stout.

i agree, this game is lacking on the socal side. if i wanted to hook up w/PTs all the time just to get cool gear so my character looks nice i'd do it by myself play the elder scrolls. MMOs are more than online boss fights.

Re: If it's an emote, it need a motion

        Completely off topic:

Why does everyone in this thread feel the need to flame each other/the OP for their respective opinions?

Of all the stuff Iv'e seen in this forum, this has been the closest to an all-out "your mother smells of elderberries" flame war I've ever seen, and such a trivial issue.

Why is it so important to everyone?

Yes, it was inspired by the Simpsons
If you know how to download and use VRS, I am interested in being tutored.

          Human nature.

Besides, it was 'your Mother was a hamster, and your Father smelt of elderberries!'

It's important because everyone here should be allowed to voice their opinion and contribute to the board without getting slammed by some elitist jerkass. Also, my finger slipped. Ferserious.

Some people like the smell of their own shite in other people's sherbet, is all.

Prior to this game, most of my experience in an MMO was actually an RP-heavy text MUD (playing/GMing at one point), so it's a titch odd to me to adapt to not really needing to RP to enjoy the game. I wouldn't mind more emotes and emotions - is it critical to my game experience? No, but it might be a fun addition. I wouldn't put it on a top 10 list of things to do, but if I had a full staff of programmers and some interns working on updates, it might be a small hobby project.

Something fun to mess with for the next festival type event. Then LSs could play with judged dance competitions or something, if they wanted. No big deal, just something fun.

Please stop. There are few things more irritating then stupid Provoke macros.

Especially when they have things like /say and /em in them, which means that everyone around you gets to know when you're using provoke.

I didn't say I used it all the time just that I like how it looks when provoking. I realy don't use it very much at all because I don't want someone to get pissed off and call a GM on me.
