In-game music player?

  • In-game music player?

Currently, we have the ability to re-live cutscenes, regain titles, and re-live battles. Yet, with all the bards in the world, you'd think that at least ONE would have the ability to play music.

So I have to ask: What reason is there for not adding an NPC that can playback the game's music? I mean, other than the obligatory "It would interfere with sales of the soundtrack" line. I mean, are there technical limitations? I'm guessing no, because the event right now switches between the regular city music and the festival music at specific times of day, so it shouldn't be a chore to make the music change on command. Where are all the talented bards? I need to hear my Arrapago Reef music, and I shouldn't always have to risk my arse to do it, either.
