For the subject line, please put one of the things:
A.) Put the question in the subject line and the message.
OR
B.) If the question is too long, put part of the question and then repeat the entire question in the post.

    Please allow weather effects to be turned off for the PS2.

    There really isn't any reason not to have the same options for both PS2 and PC. The graphics are already inferior on the PS2. Why make things worse?

    btw, how does XBox handle this?

    i play on a pc that can handle the elder scrolls 4 and i have to turn weather off whenever it gets windy.
