  • BST and keeping a mob claimed

The actual claiming system ensure an alliance to dont lose claim on a monster that the group is fighing. While this is good in a lot of situations, this system has his limitation.

My main concern about this is when I'm playing as a beastmaster. To be able to take some monsters down, I have to charm multiple pets and thus losing my focus and claim on my target, because my target will go back in "yellow mode" when trying to charm a new pet. If a player try to claim it an "hate fight" begin to see who will have the claim on the monster. As a beastmaster having any significant amount of hate on my target would kill me and so I always lose the monster I was fighing.

This can be a real issue when competing with others players for experience purpose or items purpose.

Is SE planning on solving this problem ?

There's a movement of BSTs making their way into the 70s, bulk of their levels obtained post-Patch. Traditionally, I thought you sought EM pets to take on Ts and chain them this way. I never thought you would charm EMs and a bunch of them just to take a VT, which makes no sense really, since the amount of exp gained as a soloist of Ts range from 120 (Barely a T) all the way to around 280 I think (Barely not a VT)

I never really needed to charm multiple pets when I was playing BST a while back, not sure if how this was changed at all. You can also have several jugs on hand in emergency situation as well...
