    Will SE ever do away with the regional difference in accounts and/or registration keys? In which any version (JP/NA/EU) can be registered with any expansion and any account can be edited from either of these POL versions.

      no and why eould they, it keeps importing down a bit, and helps make more money, and really, if you look at it, its really not a problem

          Actually, doing so will be a billing nightmare for them. The main reason that the accounts are segregated is because the billing for each country is different. Besides, if you imported the game and are using a JP account, you can use the EN client to login and play still. The one and only thing that you cannot do is to change your account information because that is written in the native language and format of the country in which it was intended.

          I believe, now, that the seperation of the different versions are there only for the technical reasons of billing. The Japanese and English billing screens are very different, and asks for different information. So, I think it is more of a billing issue than anything else.

              Oh well, that makes sense.

              I suppose I will just have to keep ordering from Japan. Not like they have an expansion every week. ^^
