I've been rather curious to know how SE's testing team works. Are they all given lvl 75 jobs, full relic/whatever gear they want? Do they already know the strategy and tricks to bringing down the monsters for all missions/HNM/other events? And just other things like that.
I've really been wondering about this ever since the big Drg update, SE's testing team said that Drg was just fine the way it was, but oh here are your changes to it. I'd have liked to have known a little bit about how they came to that conclusion, although I think I already know. I'd like a little more of an explanation as to why they think that, I don't want all the secrets revealed, just more of an, "This job is fine because of X, Y, and Z, plus some other stuff, but these are the main points of what we had in mind when we designed the job and how players use it today" kind of a thing.
Kind of similar with Absolute Virtue, alot of people thought he was glitched or something, the testing (or is it dev? >.>) team basically said nope, works like he's supposed to, but that is why I'm wanting to know a little about how they work. If they had the best of the best gear, and knew all the tricks to beating him, then of course they would have an easier time of it.
Now I'm not saying to go back and explain all of this, but I would like to hear a little more of their reasoning behind their answers in the future.
