Well, gonna try posting a thread here, I'd like this to comply with the rules so if I break one, mods please tell me and I'll fix it.
I would like to see a way added to upgrade our moghouse and to allow certain adventurers into our moghouses. More storage and mogsafe room are always nice to have, and it'd be fun to throw linkshell parties in a fun and private environment, and toss in a few tweaks that could make this game more fun.
I really like arranging furniture and making my mog house look all pristine, however there is a slight problem in that furniture takes up mogsafe storage, and even with the first 2-3 mogsafe expansions, I am running out of room in my mogsafe. This isn't such a problem, especially now with the new mog locker, however I am running out of room for adding new furniture, such as the Dream pieces obtained this Christmas. The moghouse also has a small floorplan, limiting the number of items that can be set out.
My main thought is to expand the moghouse, however by expanding the moghouse some interesting side effects could be that you also get a new mogsafe quest, after all bigger house bigger safe, expand the number of plants that can be grown in and outside the moghouse, and possibly toss in your own chocobo stable with it.
Expanded Moghouse:
My thoughts on the expanded moghouse are this, each nation has a basic house design. The new expanded moghouse will just add additions to that, keeping your current moghouse as the bedroom in order to save some space for PS2 users.
Windurst is one big communal room with sections partitioned off. Bastok is a bedroom, a big common room, and a kitchen. Sand'Orian residents have a kitchen/common room downstairs and a bedroom+balcony upstairs. Now Windurst houses don't quite work for my idea, so it would have to be a little different for them. Or it could just add an additional room or two to your moghouse I suppose, but I do like the idea of it being different and based on nation of allegiance.
This could be gotten in a very simple way. After you do the first 3 mog safe upgrades, Moogle's grandparents let you use their old summerhouse as thanks for all the help you have given their family.

Grandpa Moogle can handle your chocobo
Grandma Moogle can take care of more plants
