How/when did you get an e-mail? You would have had to actually process the order and digital sales are typically final...

Right after I submitted my pre-order. Digital sales are final when they aren't pre-orders. Even when a company deducts from your account, you can still cancel a pre-order. Whatever company SE is going through, though, won't take the money out until release day, it seems. Lucky me. lol

If you can't afford it, that's one thing. Your original point was that PC controls aren't your thing. To avoid ridicule and comparison in the future, you might want to re-think the way you word things. Nobody here is going to make fun of anyone else for their inability to afford something. What they will do, however... is argue to the death the pros and cons of various platforms... affordable or not.

I just don't like the computer control scheme. I thank you for the advice of the controller compatibility. My funds right now are going towards my family since right now we're not boding too well. I'm not trying to say PC is at all bad, but I don't like it when people just rub it in my face 24/7, that's all. Not trying to throw rocks at glass houses or trying to rub people the wrong way. There are people who like the PC and people who like the console.

It's like the Crypts and Bloods of the Tech World. But we just don't kill one another over----I take that back. Also everyone has their own opinion, that's just mine. I'd like to leave it at that if it's okay with you.

Is this another attempt at SE trying to do something nice to get old players back? The shirt....is...meh at best. That shirt is so bland it's not even funny. At least put a fucking Chocobo on the front of the damn thing to make it look appealing. I'm still waiting on the Beta for PS3, but from the looks of it, I won't be seeing that anytime soon, so my hopes for XIV are slowly waning and I might be pulled back into 11 once again. -_- I reaaaalllly don't want to have to do this shit again.


@Mal Please tell me you didn't go in expecting a staff from SE to actually help you. I get more feedback from Xbox Live Support, at least they have real people.

There is rumor that Phase 3 will begin in May. It makes sense due to each phase being about a month apart. If Phase 2 is on schedule, Phase 3 could be ready before May is over, mew.
