Do abysssea party happen more now?

I kinda quit because it would take days to even see an abyssea par and takes 5-8 hours to get some decent return while everyone just afk ....

Did they introduce new way to level faster from 75-99 now a day then abyssea? I want to return..but i hate to stand by and wait for abyssea party again for 2-3 days.

Send a /tell to party leaders in Abyssea-La Theine asking: 1) if they are in a worm party and 2) if there are any spots available. Don't sitting around in PJ with party flag up, that takes forever.

My record is 300k XP/Hour when I formed a Worm party with everyone actually contributing and not leeching or wasting time. Yes that is enough XP to cap merit points in an hour.

Usually it is closet to 150-200k/hour though which is still insane. But if it is at that amount then you will have leechers in the group. TBH I always feel like kicking leechers who aren't at least opening chests since it's not exactly hard to use Ground Tomes to get to 75 and these people will just have completely gimped Skills at 99.

Is that in a visions area? That's amazing if so. Usually I only ever got that kind of EXP (and more, amazingly) doing either Dolls in Altepa or Buffalo in Ulegerand.


Abyssea EXP isn't just insane, it's also some of the most fun leveling I've ever had in XI - go as whatever job you want, join an alliance and go nuts with the killing.

I've never done a worms party on my server its altepa dom ops page 1 at flux 8. Killing dolls.
just /sea the zones and look for people who's level shows they have no real business there really other than exp.

My server must be weird, we dont have to pay Fc people to level. People enjoy dom ops burning, the chats are pretty fun.
Most of the jobs I levelled in the new era of ffxi were at dom ops. apart from SMn I solo'd it to lvl 80 on exploding mobs then did 80-99 in dom ops.
