Melody's Return? Should I Return to XI?

I've been bored as of late and XI seems to be the only reasonable game that kept me sane. It seems I've burned through almost 300 dollars this week on other items. I'm not sure if I should return to XI if the community has changed or what, I have more than enough money for a server transfer, but a lot of the old shit might still be there. Then again all servers are different. I haven't even made a 99 yet, but I am wondering if I should bide my time playing XI again. I mean I had fun with it when people weren't circle-jerking each other over Cruor and Merits in Abyssea and crying over Sobek spawns. I'm still in the middle of getting my AF3 for my NIN so I am not sure if I should reactivate my account and move today or just not bother with it at all. From what I can tell it might be a bit of a headache but I am still unsure if I should play something else. My laptop is too shitty to run any of the new 2010+ games that have come out and that will be fixed soon when I do get a new laptop to run them. But in all fairness should I even begin to think of going back to XI for this month or should I just hold steady and pray for XIV's release soon on the PS3 beta. I've been thinking about this hard for awhile now. Just unsure of what to do at this point. My job is stressing me out and Borderlands 2 is out of arms reach for another 19 days I believe. So I'd like something to kill the time while I wait and I've found all my single player games bore me to tears. I even picked up Sleeping Dogs in hopes it would appeal to me, only to return it within 2 hours of the purchase. I need something to sate my bored streak, not fuel it further.

I have returned to XI as of now. I am sitting in Jueno on my 90 NIN. The new expansion sealed my damn fate. CURSE YOU XI!!!!!! But I might move to another server.

I know, I'm trying to get work done but I don't have friends to do the stuff I want with, so I figure if I move to another server I might be able to hang out with a new crew of people. Since all my old friends kinda poofed on Valefor. Is Yyg even going to come back for the expansion or is he sucked into 14 too much?

Currently looking for another server to change to, I might go back to my old server Phoenix. But I might not, thinking of a server to move to where I can have fun/get work done.

If you really get into the game again and move to another server let me know where you go and I'll move there too if I play again.

After all I only moved to Valejata for the failed LS, but I was originally in Fenrir (Fenrir had a cooler server name too.)

Lol @ That! xD Thanks Ray that made me smile. After logging back into Valefore it's the same old shit. Everyone ignores one another and does their own damn thing. I think I will transfer to Odin or Asura. One of the two.
