    I saw that and was like "There's no freaking way they're serious."

    Their first attempt I was willing to give a fair shake! It would never be Chainspell, but tweak the numbers a bit and you have something worthwhile!

    This, however? Can only be some kind of cruel joke.

      I quite like the one for pup and smn,
      With pup I've always wanted a way to "lock" manouvers in place for a minute or three. I'm pretty good at keeping mani's up without overloading but sometimes It's annoying to have to constantly activate them.

          The only way it would be relatively decent is if it made your enf completely irresistible so it would stick on any mob (even if it was immune to it) with full effect and duration, and stacked with Saboteur.

          Other than that it's just menu clutter. And knowing Squeenix we can expect it to be clutter -1.

              I know I'd do it to the person that runs out of range of all my buffs and cures, In fact I'd follow them accross the map to do it, It will be more satisfying than D2 people mid battle.

              I'm sure there is people in my Ls that saw the new Sp and thought, "We'd better do as we're told when Ianto is around"

                Yeah, that ability just screams MPK so badly. XD

                I can already see people leveling SCH just to troll others, unless the hate spike decays extremely fast and it's more of a reset-hate tool rather than a redirect-hate one.

                  The only classes you can do that on are White Mages and Beastmasters. You can maybe hit Thieves after a Trick Attack or a Black mage after an enmity douse but since anyone else is going to be at capped enmity, all it would do is waste your 2 hour...

                  A 2 hour that lets you use the "I Win" button that Embrava is.

                    The 2-hour recasts are being reduced to 1-hour.

                    Both new Special Abilities will have their own, separate recast timers.

                    Embrava will Refresh now instead of Regain.

                      I know YM but you missed the point which is, the new SCH is pretty useless and you are highly unlikely to be able to kill even a semi-comptant melee class with it given how the enmity system works.
