Can i play my 360 account on PC as well?

So i just got back after 4 years, im wondering now if i can play my 360 account on PC or is it attached to my gamertag? i tried to play the game with my new gamertag and had to sign into my old one from 4 years ago to be able to play the game =( i assume if it does this then it won't let me play on the PC. Please make sure you are certain because i do not have the $ to buy the PC version in vain. Thanks guys and it's great to be back!

Yeah. It's all on the same account system. All you need is the POL information, I'd imagine, and then use it to make an SE account.
