error in logging in

My hubby and I were logging in to lvl our subjobs today and I was able to login fine (on pc). My hubbys playing on the xbox 360 and when he tried to loging either as main char. Or mule, it would only load half way and pop up an error, one said error 3113 and the other was 3101. I've seen similar issues around google but nothing recent. Has anyone else had these issues recently? If so, how do you fix them?

This error happens sometimes. The general thought is the server on SE's side is offline/locked
The link I gave seemed the most trusty / recent.

Just went to log in. It's up on Pol also.
ALso trouble with search function and unable to use Auction house.
They are aware and it's under investigation.

I'd say slap on a dvd and ride it out. I imagine they'll sort it out soon. It may be slow though it's not disturbing jp play time ROFL
