FINALLY! I got my hands on this rare little cap. Question though, since it's registered is it a one time deal, since I wanted to mail it to my human. It's a rare(ex) item and I was able to mail my other rare-ex stuff to her before. I also checked with the festive moogle on my hume, he says he has nothing. Kinda wish I made a better choice or is there a way to move said hat? I like the hat, it's cute and all but I'd like the ability to mail it to my main just like all my other stuff. Kinda seems unfair that it's stuck on that character.

If I recall correctly there was something about being able to mail r/ex items to characters you own.

Yeah I tried that it wouldn't let me freaking do it, I was pissed off. It let me do it with my Christmas Gear, which is R/EX

Could possibly be a glitch. Try contacting a gm about it. It may only be certain items though.

Only some r/ex items are mailable to mules. The full list is around somewhere. But chances are if you tried and weren't able to, then the beret is not able to be mailed.

So does that mean if I delete that character, will the moogle re-register the hat under a new mule?

I don't know the answer to that and wiki doesn't have the answer. My thoughts are that it should be available to any characters under that account, since the account is the holder of the registration code, not a specific character. I'm not sure if that's the way it actually is or not, but it might be.

Well I don't want to delete it and have it go poof forever, then that would be just a waste of my money and my time and I'd rather not send SE a bunch of hate mail telling them about their shitty trade/muling system in the first place, so I'd rather play it safe until some light is shed on this matter and taken care of. Also in Jueno, I have a friend of mine which I got into the game, I got him to level 30 in a day and he's trying to do BST quest, is Dietmund supposed to tell him to go away? I did the quest awhile ago so I don't exactly have a clear memory of how it's supposed to go for the opening cutscene.

I believe you need some fame for the quest, and is he talking to him on his level 30 character?

We figured it out. He needs to do the chocobo quest first, Dietmund conflicts with the cutscenes. Since he needs to show that change of heart to the chocobo he abandoned.
