RDM 2HR merits will give him Ranged Acc. +50, of course.

Hehe... considering that Chainspell is STILL probably the most powerful of all of the 2 hour abilities in the game (rivaled only maybe by Meikyo Shisui or Astral Flow) , this would surprise me not one bit.

Not sure if you got the memo, but I'm pretty sure that Azure Lore rivals, if not exceeds Meikyo Shisui now.

Speculation! But maybe the merited two-hours are S-E's answer to often-demanded combos like "Chainspell-Manafont" or "Hundred Fists-Mighty Strikes"?

If I actually played the game I'd probably ask for Chainspell duration merits.

But since I don't, and since they seem to be different abilities (which may or may not share the same timer) rather than enhancements to existing 2HRs I have no idea what the heck they are going to be about.

Tabula Rasa is also pretty sick now since SCH got it's 2 new spells and they extended the duration.
