So we're aware, Squiggs isn't a huge fan of RMT. Not necessarily saying no, but the RMT thing is a bit off-putting (whatever your reasons were).

Selling my account would never be an option. I would sooner strap a bomb to it and watch it go up in flames. This is my baby and I raised it to what it is. I put in all the legwork, why should some jack-hole with some spare cash romp around in my accomplishments and claim them as their own?

Not saying RMTing is OK…but these days, I don’t even care about the subject anymore. At least RMTing for gil. Gil is so easy to earn and to be honest your (imo) quite dumb if you cant figure out how to make decent gil in a week.

I say that even though ironically I’m only sitting on like 50k, but when I was working on guttler, I was racking in upwards of 2-4m a week just by doing 1-2 KSNM99s and gold box/PI farming in Abyssea. and thats playing couple hours a night 4-5 days a week (like 9pm to 11 or 12)

I’m having trouble finding things to purchase other than food/tools/jugs. And even most of that stuff is easy to farm (seriously, I don’t know why people buy dippers…so stupidly easy to farm ingredients).

90% of my gear is augmented or rare/ex. Only thing I’m looking to purchase is Orenios Cappa…which I pretty sure I can just get a small group to help me with.

If your putting it that way, I’m not gonna lie…If I knew I would not be back, I’d be ok with getting approximately $1200+ for my character. But I can’t imagine getting to that point so…kinda moot for me i guess.

With regards to selling an account, it's ultimately the decision of the person who pays the subscription. That said, I still feel it can be a shitty thing to do when in-game friends have invested large portions of their time to help you with quests, relics, etc. I've had one or two friends do this in games over the years and while my stance on it has mellowed somewhat I've always made it clear to them not to expect help with anything in-game. Fool me once and all that jazz.

I think Salvage has some of legwork to unlock, and you need assault points to even participate. I haven't unlocked it yet since I'm a slacker when it comes to ToAU missions. You'll have to let me know how it goes.
