Anyone familiar with Japanese Accounts?

So.... I've been registered on PlayOnline since 7/22/2002. I've had a Japanese account setup for a really long time... I've had to buy all the JP expansions and such, and it's honestly been a massive hassle over the past 9 years. Well the other day I really did it. I was being a total moron and wasn't paying attention in PlayOnline, went through the wrong area in Japanese, and actually ended up canceling my PlayOnline account. From what I gather, to reactivate it I need to add a Visa or Mastercard to the Square-Enix account page, but apparently they aren't accepting cards from outside Japan now. Is this true? If so then.... I'm pretty much screwed I take it? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks... lol
